The patches are great but take so long to come. We're waiting nearly 5 weeks.
I love it because it doesn't come off but at the same time doesn't irritate the skin, my daughter has very delicate skin and she keeps it for days without any problems!
We really like the product and have found it to be the best for keeping dexcom on for 10 days and keeping pods secure when running and swimming. However, there is no customer support, emails get no response. My recent order was not received and there has been no customer service response. If this aspect could be improved I could completely endorse this product as excellent.
My daughter is 8 and very active, these smooth patches are absolutely amazing. Tomorrow is day 10 which in itself is a triumph. The patch is still in perfect condition hasn’t lifted or frayed. I will definitely be stocking up on these!!
As a whole it’s a bit big, but I like it better than the device being so visible. It’s good protection too and the SMOOTH material is nice (wasn’t a fan of the cotton one). Since I wear a lot of black and generally neutral colours, it goes well with my clothes and looks almost like a Lara-Croft/secret-agent-type accessory.
